Job Title: Business Development Manager, BFSI Enterprise Clients
We are a leading Rewards & Recognition platform, Mango Rewards, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our presence within the BFSI enterprise client segment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI enterprise client segment.
- Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and goals.
- Understand and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and client needs to position the Mango Rewards platform effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent Mango Rewards and build the company’s brand within the BFSI sector.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads.
- Build relationships with potential clients through email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
- Cold call potential clients and generate hot leads independently, without any data availability with the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the BFSI sector, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- A deep understanding of the BFSI sector, including regulatory and compliance issues.
- Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities with enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve common goals.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Proficient in digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Ability to cold call potential clients and generate hot leads independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field. An MBA would be an advantage.
